Unzip the files below. Take that folder and put it in your home folder, somewhere under your username in Windows, Linux or Mac…
Blender will reference certain files and images in that folder so just tuck it away where you won’t accidentally delete or change anything.

In order to see the model you have to change the “viewport shading” setting. Choose the one on the right. Give it a minute to load. Now… hit the spacebar to run the model!
