Palindromic Squares

Palindromic Squares

A palindrome is a word, phrase, or number which reads the same backward or forward.  The squares of 10, 11, 12, and 13 fit the bill.  It breaks down after that since 15 squared is 225, and 51 squared is 2601. Why only these 4 or arguably 3 numbers? Does this give credence to the notion that base 10 is an innate numerical matrix to our reality? Did we invent the decimal system or did we observe patterns in the numbers themselves and organize them according to nature? What is it about ten that makes numbers so easily scalable and…

Square the Circle with Earth and Moon

Square the Circle with Earth and Moon

When we compare the size of Earth and Moon strange geometric synchronicities appear. The most fascinating of all is the ancient philosophical concept of ‘squaring the circle‘, that is drawing a square with the same area as that of the circle. You can also ‘square the circle’ with equal perimeters, which is what the Earth-Moon system do, to a very high degree of accuracy (99.97%). The Earth and Moon’s diameters can be described as a simple ratio, 11:3, when comparing one to another. It turns out that this ratio is the solution to ‘squaring the circle’ (of equal perimeter).  …

Antikythera Mechanism

Referred to as the first known analog computer, the Antikythera Mechanism was discovered over a hundred years ago off the coast of Greece.   The mechanism is a device for calculating the motions of stars and planets.  Its true significance wasn’t realized until the early 70’s, when it was x-rayed and analyzed. The Greek astronomer Meton of Athens (fifth century BC) observed that a period of 19 years is almost exactly equal to 235 synodic months and, rounded to full days, counts 6,940 days. The difference between the two periods is only a few hours.  When we reduce these numbers to…

The Holy 108 – Earth Sun and Moon

108 Magic

108 is a sacred number in nearly every religion.  Hindu prayer mala’s are made of 108 beads.  There’s 108 names of God and 108 Chakras. Earth, Sun, and Moon are also linked to the Holy 108. It has been said that if one takes just 108 breaths in one day, they will reach enlightenment. “In the end, it’s not going to matter how many breaths you took, but how many moments took your breath away” -Shing Xiong According to NASA, the Moon’s orbit around Earth is not a perfect circle and is more of an ellipse, so the Moon is not always…

Synergistic Mathemagics in the Solar System

We are more than coincidence

The way we measure space and time is based on a synergistic and mathemagical canon of number that’s intrinsic to our solar system as well as the proportions of man.  As above so below. It just so happens that the Moon’s diameter is almost exactly 2160 miles (99.99+%), the same amount of degrees on the surface of a cube.  Earth’s circumference at the equator is almost exactly 21,600 nautical miles. (99.9+%) The Earth and Moon ‘square the circle‘ Square the Circle: The Moon is the perfect size to solve the riddle. It’s huge in fact, larger than any other in proportion to its planet. Some…
